The division’s three main operating sections are;
The division has its main office based in Goroka. It maintains a branch office and quality-testing laboratory in Lae.
It also has an office in London, United Kingdom which deals with International Coffee Organisation matters and the promotion of PNG coffee in consuming countries.
The division publishes a variety of economic research and statistical publications such as Coffee Discussion Papers, Coffee Reports and other ad hoc publications. It also contributes papers to the Coffee Industry Newsletter and the PNG Coffee Journal.
This division came into existence when the former Industry Affairs and Corporate Services divisions were amalgamated. The division is headed by a General Manager with the Managers for Finance & Administration, Economics and Export & Licensing.
