| The CIC does not export coffee. This task is left to private businesses who have the necessary capital, management skills, and expertise in coffee trading to export, with the prior approval from CIC. Coffee exporting licences are issued to companies meeting all of the strict guidelines set by CIC, and their performance is closely monitored and reviewed annually.
